Privacy and responsible use

Tesso is for licensed agents researching public plan information. Do not submit client names, dates of birth, Medicare identifiers, health details, or other client personal information.

Account and workspace data

Clerk manages sign-in. Tesso stores your account identity and saved workspace separately from public plan data. Saved workspaces are available to the signed-in account that created them.

Research questions

Workspace activation requires consent to anonymized, aggregated research questions informing product improvements and plan-intelligence products. Redacted research questions, citations, usage records, and AI-call records support quality and operational auditing. AI providers receive redacted prompts and relevant plan evidence. Do not rely on automated redaction to remove every personal detail.

Landing-page analytics

When site analytics are enabled, Tesso records page views and interactions with account-start buttons, the example answer, source citations, and pricing. These custom events do not include research text or personal details.
