Agent terms and privacy notice
Version: October 5, 2026. Tesso is a research reference for licensed Medicare agents, not a consumer enrollment service, carrier approval, or personal medical advice.
No client personal information
Do not enter client names, dates of birth, contact details, Medicare identifiers, addresses, medical histories, or other identifying information in questions, scenario labels, or feedback. Use neutral plan-research scenarios. Tesso attempts to redact identifying information, but you remain responsible for not submitting it.
Research and sources
Verify plan details against the cited official documents before advising a client or submitting an enrollment. Coverage can depend on geography, network, eligibility, limitations, and plan year. AI explanations can be incomplete or incorrect and are not a substitute for the cited benefit evidence.
Question use and storage
By activating your workspace, you consent to anonymized, aggregated research questions being used to improve Tesso and inform plan-intelligence products. Redacted questions, source references, usage records, and AI-call records are stored for quality and operational auditing. AI providers receive redacted research prompts and relevant plan evidence. Account identity and saved workspaces are kept separately from plan data; your saved workspace is available only to your signed-in account.
Launch access and billing
Billing is paused. Activated agents have launch access without a payment card or charge. This is not a paid subscription or a started billing trial. Any future subscription or trial will require a separate, clear billing flow managed by Stripe.
